Govt grants quasi-permanent status to 2 officials | KNO

Srinagar, Jan 31 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has granted quasi-permanent status to two officials under the J&K Secretariat (Gazetted) Service-II. As per an order, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir news observer (KNO), the officials including Ghulam Mohammad Khan, private secretary to the Administrative Secretary, Skill Development Department. Rachpal Singh, private secretary to the Chairman, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for J&K and Ladakh have been declared quasi- permanent in a non-gazetted capacity. The decision was made in line with Rule (3) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1961—(KNO)
